Add A QR Code To A Brochure

A property brochure works hardest when it bridges the physical and digital worlds. A QR code does exactly that by providing prospective buyers a one-scan path from a printed flyer to a full online listing, complete with photo galleries, virtual tours, floor plans, and agent contact details.

Whether you're preparing brochures for an open home or a letterbox drop, embedding a QR code is a small addition that makes a big difference. In this guide, we'll walk through how to generate a QR code for your property listing and incorporate it cleanly into your brochure design.

1. Either create a new PDF design template or clone and edit an existing one.
2. On the left hand side of the screen, click Components.
3. Click and hold QRCode.
   
4. Drag and drop QRCode anywhere within the brochure.
   
5. On the right hand side, click General.
6. Locate the Content field.
7. Remove "https://craftmypdf.com" from the Content field.
8. Click Insert Data Expression.
   
9. Under Step 2, select listing_website_url.
   
10. Under Step 4, click Use This.
    
11. In the top left corner, click the Preview tab to view an example brochure to view how the QR Code will be displayed on the brochure.
12. Click Designer tab.
13. Adjust the QR code position and size as required.
14. Repeat steps 11 - 13 until you are happy with the QR code.
15. With the Designer tab open, click Save.
    

You can now generate the brochure from within the required listing.
