A well-designed PDF template ensures your communications look professional and consistent, whether you're sending a client-facing Letter, Brochure, or Invoice, or producing internal financial records like Trust Account Receipts, Cash Receipts and Payments Journals, Bank Reconciliation Statements and Summaries, Ledgers, and Account Sales.
Building a PDF Design Template from scratch gives you full control over your layouts, fonts, colours, and branding so every document type, from Stocklists and Sales Advice to general PDFs, feels cohesive and on-brand.
In this guide, we'll walk you through creating your own PDF Design Templates.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click PDF's & Letters.
- Click PDF Designer.
- Click Create PDF Design.
- Fill in the details of the PDF design template:
- Name
- PDF Type
- Status

User
- Click Save PDF Template.
You can now edit the template.
