Send An SMS Via The Inspections Section

The Inspections section lets you send SMS messages directly to people who attended an open inspection. You can send messages individually by adding a saved template, manually typing out the message or let AiMe generate one for you.

This article walks you through sending an SMS message via the Inspections section.

1. On the side menu, click CRM.
2. Click Inspections.
   
3. Hover your cursor over the contact's name.
   
4. Hover you cursor over Send.
5. Click Send SMS.
   
6. Click the Associations tab.
7. Select Listing.
8. Start typing in the property address.
9. Click the checkbox against the required listing.
   
10. Click the Content tab.
11. If required, click the From field to select a different sender.
12. Confirm if you need to use a message template.
    • If yes, proceed to step 13.
    • If no, skip to step 16.
       
13. Click the Template field.
14. Start typing in the name of the template name.
15. Select the message template from the dropdown.
    
16. Type out or edit the SMS message (or click Generate With AiMe to generate a message).
17. Click Send.
