Send An SMS Via The Offers Section

The Offers section in Grow CRM lets you send SMS messages directly to potential buyers associated with an offer. You can send messages individually by adding a saved template, manually typing out the message or let AiMe generate one for you.

This article walks you through sending an SMS message via the Inspections section.

1. On the side menu, click CRM.
2. Click Offers.
   
3. Hover your cursor over the contact's name.
   
4. Hover you cursor over Send.
5. Click Send SMS.
    
6. If required, click the To field to add additional recipients.
7. If required, click the From field to select a different sender.
8. Confirm if you need to use a message template.
   • If yes, proceed to step 9.
   • If no, skip to step 12.
      
9. Click the Template field.
10. Start typing in the name of the template name.
11. Select the message template from the dropdown.
     
12. Type out or edit the SMS message as required (or click Generate With AiMe to generate a message).
13. Click Send.
