To send emails from Grow CRM using your own address, two things need to be in place: a verified email domain and an email address connected to your profile.
- Without these, emails will send from noreply@phoenixsoftware.io.
This article walks you through connecting an email address to your profile.
- Click your initial/portrait in the top right corner.
- Click Profile.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Connect Email.
- Check if your provider is listed.
- If yes: Select your provider from the list and skip to step 8.
- If no: Click 'View all providers'.
- Check if your provider is listed.
- If yes: Click the provider and skip to step 8.
- If no: Type in the provider's name in the search bar.
- Select your provider from the list.
- Follow the prompts from your provider to connect your email account.
