Many email providers use strict spam‑filtering systems. To help ensure your emails are recognised as legitimate, you’ll need to add the required DNS records to your domain.
This article will guide you through adding an email domain.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Email Domains.
- Click Add An Email Domain.
- Enter the following details:
- Domain (required)
- Subdomain (optional)
- Custom DKIM Selector (optional)
- Click Save Domain.
- Wait a few moments for Grow CRM to generate several CNAME records and a TXT record.
- In a new tab, log in to your domain host (e.g., Crazy Domains, GoDaddy, etc.)
- Add these DNS records.
- Return to the Grow CRM tab.
- Click Validate.
If everything has been entered correctly, the status will update to Verified.
