Whether you just created a new template or need to update an existing one, you can easily edit a PDF Design template at any time from within the PDF's & Letters section of Account Settings.

Editing The PDF Design Template
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click PDF's & Letters.
- Click PDF Designer.
- Hover your cursor over the PDF Design template name.
- Click Edit.
- Edit the PDF as required.

- Click Save.
- Click Exit to close out of the editor.
PDF Editor Important Tabs

Designer: This is where you build the layout of your PDF.
- On the left side, you’ll find:
- Components such as text boxes, images, QR codes, tables and charts
- Data fields that automatically pull information from your CRM, such as property details, pricing, descriptions and more
- You can drag and drop any of these elements onto the page and position them wherever you like. This makes it easy to design brochures, statements or any other document exactly the way you want.
- On the left side, you’ll find:

Preview: This is where you can view a live version of your PDF to see how it will look when generated.
- Use this to check spacing, alignment, fonts and overall layout before finalising your design.

Settings: This is where you manage the design's settings, helping to ensure your PDF prints and exports correctly.
- From here, you can adjust:
- Template name
- Page size and orientation
- Margins
- General layout preferences
