Our PDF Design Templates cover the full spectrum of documents you'll need day to day, from client-facing materials like Letters, Brochures, and Invoices, to critical financial records including Trust Account Receipts, Cash Receipts and Payments Journals, Bank Reconciliation Statements and Summaries, Ledgers, and Account Sales plus essential business documents like Stocklists, Sales Advice, and general PDFs.
Rather than building each template from the ground up, cloning an existing design lets you preserve your carefully crafted layouts, fonts, and branding while adapting the content for a new purpose. In this guide, we'll show you exactly how to do that.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click PDF's & Letters.
- Click PDF Designer.
- Hover your cursor over the required design.
- Click Clone.
- Adjust the following fields as required.
- Name
- Pdf Type
- Status

User
- Click Save PDF Template.
You can now edit the PDF design as required.
