Change A Residential Rental Listing To A Residential Sale Listing (And Vice Versa)

In PropertyME Grow CRM, you cannot directly convert a residential rental listing into a sale listing (or vice versa). This is due to residential rental and residential sale listings being treated as separate listing types with distinct workflows and data requirements.

If you want to create a residential sales listing from an existing residential rental listing (or vice versa), you can do this quickly by cloning the listing.

• The cloned listing will copy across key property details (address, features, photos, etc.), saving you time.
• Make sure you update any fields that differ between the residential rental and residential sale listings.
• The original listing remains unchanged in the system.
