Clone An Existing Listing

Instead of creating a new listing from scratch, if the property already has an existing listing, you can clone the existing listing instead.

When cloning a listing, you can choose to create the same type or a different listing time. The cloned listing will copy across key property details (address, features, photos, etc.), saving you time.

This article will guide you through cloning a listing.

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Listings.
   
3. Click the address of the required listing.
   
4. Click Actions.
5. Click Clone Listing.
   
6. Select the required listing type:
   • Residential Sale
   • Residential Rental
   • Land
   • Rural
   • Commerical
   • Holiday Rental
      
7. Click Clone Listing.
   

You will be redirected to the cloned listing to review and edit as required.
