Enable The ApplySafe Application Form For An Off Market Or Leased Listing (Beta)

The ApplySafe tenancy application form is normally used for listings with an Active status. However, there are cases where you'll still want prospective tenants to be able to apply, such as an Off Market listing that you want to share with your existing database of potential tenants or a Leased property that has had a tenant from a multi-person tenancy vacate and you need the replacement tenant to send through their information. 

This article covers how to manually enable the Tenancy Application Form toggle for a Leased or Off Market listing.
 

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Listings.
   
3. Click either the Leased or Off Market tab.
4. Hover your cursor over the required listing.
5. Click Edit.
   
6. Click the Applications tab.
7. Click the Enable Tenancy Application Form toggle.
   

The toggle will now appear blue and the View Tenancy Application Form button will now be visible.

• You can click the toggle again at any time to disable the form.
