Keep your email communication on-brand and consistent among team members by creating an email design template using the Email Designer. The Email Designer lets you create templates for one-off emails or automated workflows.
This article will guide you through creating an email design.
- On the side menu, click Marketing.
- Click Email Designer.
- Click Create Email Design.
- Fill in the following details for your Email Design.
- Name: Internal Name
- Subject: Subject line of email
- Design Type: We recommend using Email Builder, as it's much simpler than writing out the code by yourself.
- Status: We recommend setting it to Draft so no one tries to use it while you are working on it.
- Brand
- From: The default sender. Can be left blank for manual selection later.
- Reply To: The default Reply To email address. Can be left blank for manual selection later.

User: The user who created the Email Design.
- Click Save Email Design.
- Depending on what option you selected for Design Type, you will either be redirected to the Email Builder or the Code version of the Email Designer.
- Depending on what option you selected for Design Type, you will either be redirected to the Email Builder or the Code version of the Email Designer.
- Create your email design as required.

- If you set the design to Draft:
- Move on to step 8
- If not, skip to step 11.
- Click Edit Details (top-right corner).
- Set Status to Publish.
- Click Save Email Design.
- Click Save.
