Keep your email communication on-brand and consistent among team members by using the Email Designer. The Email Designer lets you create templates for one-off emails or automated workflows.
This article provides an overview of the options available when using the Email Designer.
Content
The Content section of the Email Designer offers options that can be easily dragged and dropped into your design. Once a content option has been added to your design, you can click it to open further customisation options.
The available designs are as follows:
- Columns: Columns are required to add other content into your design. The column can be left as a single column or customised to have multiple columns, allowing you to create segments within your design so content can be aligned horizontally.
- Listing: Enables you to select a specific listing to advertise.
- Button: Allows you to easily include a Call To Action button that can redirect a recipient to a specific website, prompt them to send an email or call a number, or prompt them to download a file.
- Divider: Adds a visual divider in your design.
- Heading: Add a heading text block.
- Paragraph: Add a paragraph block.
- Image: Add an image.
- Property List: Add a list of properties based on a specific group.
- Video: Add a video.

- Menu: Add a customisable menu of buttons.
