Create A New Residential Sales Listing

Once a property is ready to be listed for sale, you can easily create a new listing from within PropertyMe Grow CRM. A new listing can be created from within the Listings section or directly from within the property.

This article will guide you through creating a new sales listing from within both the Listings section and the property.
 

Via The Listings Section

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Listings.
   
3. Click Create Listing.
   
4. Enter the details of the listings:
   • Listing Type: The type of listing.
     • Select Residential Sale.
        
   • Property: The property that needs to be listed.
   • Owners: The owner(s) of the selected property.
     • This field will automatically be pre-filled when a property is selected.
        
   • Tenants: The tenants of the selected property.
     • Must be manually selected if required.
        
   • Listing Agents: The listing agents.
      
5. Click Save Listing.
   
6. Enter additional listings information:
   • Brand
   • Status
   • Property Type
   • Established or Development
   • Is Home And Land Package
   • Authority
   • Agents
   • Price
      
7. Decide what price information is displayed.
   • Show actual price
   • Show text instead of price
   • Hide the price and display Contact Agent
      
8. If "Show text instead of price", enter the text you wish to be displayed.
9. Enter the authority start and expiry dates.
10. Click Save And Next.
    
11. Double-check that the Property Details are correct.
12. Update any fields that are incorrect.
13. Click Save And Next.
    
14. Drag and drop or click Browse Images/Browse Floorplans and follow your device's prompts to upload images and floor plans as required.
    
15. Fill out the Copy details(or click Generate With AiMe to have PropertyMe generate copy for you).
    • Headline
    • Description
    • Small Description
    • Medium Description
    • Video URL
    • Online Tour 1
    • Online Tour 2
    • Third Party Website Link
       
16. Click Save And Next.
    
17. Click the checkboxes against the applicable property features, or click Generate With AiMe to review uploaded images, then mark the features AiMe was able to pick up.
18. Click Save And Next.
    
19. Enter information regarding key number, key location and alarm code (if applicable).
20. Click Save.

From Within The Property

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Properties.
   
3. Click the property address.
   
4. Click List This Property.
   
5. Enter the details of the listings:
   • Listing Type: The type of listing.
     • Select Residential Sale.
        
   • Property: The property that needs to be listed.
     • This field will automatically be pre-filled.
   • Owners: The owner(s) of the selected property.
     • This field will automatically be pre-filled.
   • Tenants: The tenants of the selected property.
     • This field will automatically be pre-filled.
        
   • Listing Agents: The listing agents.
      
6. Click Save Listing.
   
7. Enter additional listings information:

   • Property Type
   • Established or Development
   • Is Home And Land Package
   • Authority
   • Agents
   • Price
