When you upload a listing to REA (Realestate.com.au), you may encounter the "You already have an active listing with the same address" error message.
This error message means you are trying to publish a listing for a property that already has an active listing on realestate.com.au. REA does not allow for duplicate listings.
To resolve this, you must contact REA's support team and request that they link your new listing to the active one.
