Fix Images That Are Appearing Sideways

If an image appears sideways after you upload it to a listing, it’s usually because the image was taken on a mobile device and the original orientation was stored in the image’s metadata.

This article will guide you through fixing the image's orientation.

1. Open the image in any basic photo editor, such as Paint or the Windows Photos app. 
2. Rotate it to the correct position.
3. Save the file.
   • This updates the image’s orientation so it will display properly when you upload it again.
      
4. Upload the fixed image to the listing.
5. If you haven't already, remove the image with the wrong orientation from the listing.
