In PropertyMe GrowCRM, the vendor report acts as an owner portal. You can access it by opening a listing and selecting Owner Portal. From there, you can:
- Send the vendor report to the owner
- View the Owner Portal directly
The Owner Portal gives owners/vendors real‑time visibility into the progress of their property sale.

Vendor Report Tabs
The report is organised into several tabs, each providing specific insights:
- Summary: Key statistics, pricing details, contracts, and documents

Marketing: Tracks enquiries, inspections, offers, and calls, including:
- Number of buyers
- Buyer sources
- Advertising schedule
- Feedback: Captures price feedback, offers, interest levels, and details of potential buyers (including whether they inspected or enquired)
- Inspections: Lists all inspections, attendees, interest levels, and comments
- Preview: Displays how the listing will appear online, including images, description, and property features
Notes And Visibility
All information in the vendor report is generated from your GrowCRM account.
When adding a note to a listing, a “Show on owner portal” checkbox will appear. This checkbox determines whether the note is visible in the vendor report.
- Tick the checkbox to display the note on the vendor report.
- Untick the checkbox to hide the note from the vendor report.
