Send An SMS Via A Tenancy Application

The Offers section lets you send SMS messages directly to contacts associated with an application. You can send messages individually by adding a saved template, manually typing out the message, or let AiMe generate one for you.

This article walks you through sending an SMS message via a tenancy application.

1. On the side menu, click CRM.
2. Click Applications.
   
3. Hover your cursor over the required application.
4. Click View Application.
   
5. Hover your cursor over Send.
6. Click "Send SMS to Tenants" or "Send SMS to Owners".
   
7. If required, click the From field to select a different sender.
8. Confirm if you need to use a message template.
   • If yes, proceed to step 9.
   • If no, skip to step 12.
      
9. Click the Template field.
10. Start typing in the name of the template name.
11. Select the message template from the dropdown.
    
12. Type out or edit the SMS message (or click Generate With AiMe to generate a message).
13. Click Send.
