Whether you're following up with a single contact or reaching out to a group, the Contacts section gives you flexible options for sending SMS messages. From within an individual contact or across the Contacts list, you can send messages one at a time or in bulk; adding associations, extra recipients, and a saved template or a one-off message as needed.
This article walks you through sending an SMS message via the Contact or Contacts list.
SMS Character Limits And Credits
Each SMS credit covers up to 160 characters. If your message exceeds 160 characters, it will be sent as multiple SMS messages and deduct additional credits accordingly. Keep this in mind when composing longer messages.
