If a contact has requested that they no longer receive property preference alerts, you can disable the alerts directly within the property preference.
This article will guide you through disabling alerts for a property preference.
- On the side menu, click CRM.
- Click Contacts.
- Click the name of the required contact.
- Click Preferences.
- Hover your cursor over the required preference.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Subscribed To Alerts field.
- Select Off.
- Scroll to the bottom of the section.
- Click Save Property Preference.
