If your email campaign is not sending and remains in Unsent status, it may be due to a missing subject line. A subject line is a required field for all campaign emails. If it’s left blank, the system will not send the campaign.

- On the side menu, click Marketing.
- Click Email Campaigns.
- Click the name of the required email campaign.
- Click Settings.
- Enter the subject line.
- Click Save.
