Easily set your custom PDF designs as the default designs via the PDFs & Letters section within Account Settings. You can change the default design for the following:
- Account Sale
- Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Bank Reconciliation Summary
- Cash Payments Journal
- Cash Receipts Journal
- Individual Ledgers
- Invoice
- Ledgers Summary
- Letter
- Sales Advice
- Trust Account Receipt
This article will guide you through setting a custom PDF design as the default.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click PDFs & Letters.
- Click Default PDFs.
- Hover your cursor over the required default.
- Click Edit.
- Against the PDF Template field, select the required PDF design from the dropdown.
- Click Save PDF Template.
