Keep communication consistent across your staff by creating a letter template they can use for specific scenarios.
This article will guide you through creating a letter content template.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click PDF's & Letters.
- Click Letter Content Templates.
- Click Add A Letter Content Template.
- Fill in the details of the template:
- Name
- Description
- Body
- Click Save.
