Any document uploaded to a listing can be easily shared in bulk (via email or SMS) or individually (via email or a URL code).
This article will guide you through all the available methods of sending documents from within a listing.
Send Documents (Bulk) Using Buyer Portal Link
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the property address against the required listing.
- Click Documents.
- Hover your cursor over Send Documents.
- Select either "Send By Email" or "Send By SMS".
- Review and edit the message as required.
- Click Send.
Send A Document As An Attachment (Individual)
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the property address against the required listing.
- Click Documents.
- Hover your cursor over the required document.
- Click Send.
- Review and edit the message as required.
- Click Send.
Copy A Document URL (Individual)
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the property address against the required listing.
- Click Documents.
- Hover your cursor over the required document.
- Click Copy URL.
The URL can now be shared via your preferred method.
