Send Owner Details To Manage PM Via An Appraisal

When a property owner is ready to move a property from appraisal to active management or sale, you can send their details straight to Manage PM without re-entering them manually. This article covers how to send owner details from an appraisal, whether you're creating a new folio or adding to an existing one.

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Appraisals.
   
3. The the property address against the required appraisal.
   
4. In the Related Contacts section, under Landlord, click Send To Manage PM.
   
5. Click the Owner Folio field to select whether a new folio is create or the information is added to an existing one.
6. Click the Manage PM Property Manager field to select the required property manager (or no manager).
7. Click Send To Manage PM.
