Create A Vendor AML Check Via An Appraisal

The AML Check feature enables you initiate and manage AML compliance checks for vendors directly from within an appraisal in Grow CRM. When creating a vendor AML check via an appraisal, the check will be associated with the appraisal and can be tracked and managed from within it.

This article will walk you through creating a vendor AML check within a appraisal.

1. On the side menu, click Properties.
2. Click Appraisal.
   
3. Click the appraisal address.
   
4. On right-hand side of the listings, locate the AML Check section.
5. Click Create AML Check.
   
6. Click the Status field.
7. Click the appropriate option from the dropdown:
   • Not Started
   • In Progress
   • Complete
   • Failed
      
8. Enter any notes if required.
9. Click Save AML Check.
