Whether the user wasn't initially provided access, or their access has since been deleted, you can invite an existing user to have account access at any time.
This article will guide you through inviting an existing user to have account access.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required user.
- Click Edit.
- Click Access.
- Review and update the email address as required.
- Click Send Invite.
