The Properties section serves as your address database, and each property can be added only once. Once a property exists, you can complete actions such as appraisals, listings or contracts directly from that property record.
If you try to add the same property again, the system will display an error message to prevent duplicates.

Managing The Listing For The Property
All listing‑related actions are handled in the Listings section, not in the Properties section. From the Listings area, you can:
- Create a new listing for an existing property
- Edit listing details
- Update status such as Active, Under Offer or Sold
- Clone a listing if you want to reuse the same layout or details
Cloning Listings vs. Properties
You can clone a listing, but you cannot clone a property.
- A property represents a unique address, so it only exists once in your system.
- Listings can be duplicated when relisting a property.
