When creating a listing this defaults to Residential Sales, as a PM department the default option should be Residential Rental. We have been advised this cannot be done. Really not good enough for a system sold and implemented to a property management department.

  Hi Shane,

  Thank you for your feedback. 

  You can make rentals the default by going to Settings->People->Click into the person->Change that users role to "Full Access - Rentals Only". This will remove all the sales options from the interface and only show rentals.

  Thanks Luke, do you only use Full Access - Rentals Only or do you add Property Manager, BDM etc
