Recommendations for upcoming application release

Really excited to see applications release in the coming months, a few feature must haves: 

*When an application is submitted we need to be able to create a templated task with a checklist component within in (like tasks in manage) where we can tick off that the applicants have submitted ID, income verifcation, rental references returned etc. 

*The ability to open tica and have it pre populate the information (like it does with tenant app) and somewhere to save that PDF inside it 

*Agents to be able to edit information on the application (similar to tenant app) - if an email address for a reference is incorrect, edit and re send it. 

*A good reference system 

I know I keep referrring back to tenant app but it is a good system as a guide - please do not take ignite as a good platform to start from as it is not user friendly at all

  Also the ability to be able to send an application link for a property that isn't currently listed (for use when a tenant is being added to an existing leased property).

  Could we please also have a function that alerts the agent if an agent rental reference or job reference has been completed from the same IP address? 

  Also, there should be an option to request additional documents within the platform as well, so the agent doesn't need to request them privately via text or their personal email, etc.
