Once an offer on a listing has been accepted, the next step is to create a contract to formally record the sale details. PropertyMe lets you create a contract either from the Contracts section or directly from within a listing, prefilling details from an existing offer where applicable to save you re-entering information.

Via The Contracts Section
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Contracts.
- Click Create Contract.
- Fill in the details of the contract.
- Listing: Select the associated listing.
- Set Status to Under Offer: Control whether or not the associated listing has it status updated to Under Offer.
- Prefill from Offer: Select an existing offer to prefill the contract details if applicable.
- Purchasers
- Purchaser Solicitor
- Purchaser Legal Name
- Sales Price
- Initial Deposit
- Total Deposit
- Finance Amount
- Issue Date
- Exchange Date
- Deposit Due
- Unconditional Due
- Settlement Due

Terms and Conditions
- Enter any applicable conditions and the due dates.
- Click Save Contract.
From Within A Listing
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the address of the required listing.
- Click Contracts.
- Click Create Contract.
- Fill in the details of the contract.
- Listing: Select the associated listing.
- Set Status to Under Offer: Control whether or not the associated listing has it status updated to Under Offer.
- Prefill from Offer: Select an existing offer to prefill the contract details if applicable.

- Purchaser Legal Name
- Sales Price
- Initial Deposit
