The AML Check feature allows you to update the outcome of a purchaser AML check directly from within a contract in Grow CRM.
Once a purchaser AML check has been processed, it will need to be marked as either Complete or Failed to reflect the outcome of the check. Marking an AML check as Complete or Failed is an important step in your agency's compliance process, and if AML restrictions have been enabled in your AML Settings, all checks associated with the contract must be marked as Complete before the contract can be marked as Unconditional.
This article will walk you through marking a purchaser AML check as complete or failed.
If you add an additional purchaser to the contract after an AML check has already been completed, you will need to create a new AML check for that purchaser to ensure your agency's compliance requirements are met.
- Click Contracts.
- Click the contract address.
- On right-hand side of the contracts, locate the AML Check section.
- Hover your cursor over the AML check.
- Click Edit.
- Click the Status field.
- Click the appropriate option from the dropdown:

- Failed
- Enter any notes if required.
- Click Save AML Check.
