Once a user's access has been deleted, their user profile can either be archived or deleted.
- If a user is archived, their profile can be restored later.
- If a user is deleted, their profile will be removed from the account, and their information will be removed from your website.

Archive A User
Archiving a user removes the user from the Active list while keeping the user as a listing agent, remaining attached to all listings from all past advertisements.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required user.
- Click Archive.
Delete A User
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required user.
- Click Delete.
- Select another user to re-assign everything assigned to this user.
- Click Delete to confirm.
