Once a suspended user requests their access be restored, you can easily restore it in the Access section of their account under Account Settings.
This article will guide you through restoring a suspended user's access.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required user.
- Click Edit.
- Click Access.
- Click Restore Access.
