When you are ready to enter an invoice against a listing but don't have a contract created yet, you can still do so via the listing's Financial section.
This article will guide you through adding an invoice via the Financial section within a Listing.
Invoice For Full Balance, Advertising, Or Commission
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the address of the required listing.
- Click Financials.
- Click Invoices.
- Hover your cursor over Create Invoice.
- Select one of the following options:
- Create Invoice For Full Balance
- Create Advertising Invoice

Create Commission Invoice
- Review the following invoice details and make any necessary adjustments:
- Invoice (number)
- Date Issued
- Due Date
- Invoice To

Items
- To add additional items, click Add Item and fill in the details.

- On the right side of the screen, review the following details and make any necessary adjustments:
- Status
- Listing
- Contract
- Gst Entry Method
- Select from Trusts / Bank Accounts
- Bank Account Name
- Bank Account BSB

- Click Save Invoice.
Invoice For Other
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Listings.
- Click the address of the required listing.
- Click Financials.
- Click Invoices.
- Hover your cursor over Create Invoice.
- Click Create Other Invoice.
- Fill in the following invoice details:
- Contact
- Date (issued date)
- Due Date
- Invoice Number
- Listing
- Contract
- Status
- Select from Trusts / Bank Accounts
- Bank Account Name
- Bank Account BSB
- Bank Account BSB

Notes
- Click Save.
- Review the following invoice details and make any necessary adjustments:
- Invoice (number)
- Date Issued
- Due Date
- Invoice To
