Any invoice created with the Draft status will remain as a draft until approved. Draft emails can be accessed at any time via the Invoices section under Financials.
This article will guide you through approving a draft invoice.
- On the side menu, click Financials.
- Click Invoices.
- Click Active.
- Hover your cursor over the required invoice.
- Click View.
- Review the information presented in the invoice.
- If you need to make changes, click Edit Invoice.
- If you need to delete the invoice, click Delete Invoice.
- Once you are happy with the information presented, click Approve Invoice.
