Integrate Your REA Reviews And Google Reviews Into Your Website

Easily display your REA and Google reviews directly on your website by using the Grow CRM integrations with REA Reviews and Google Reviews.

This article will guide you through setting up the integration for both REA Reviews and Google Reviews.

Before Proceeding

If your website:

• Hasn't gone live yet: Let the team know during onboarding that you’d like your reviews connected.
• Has already gone live: Contact our support team, and they can assist with enabling the review integration.

Set Up The REA Reviews Integration

1. Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
2. Click Account Settings.
   
3. On the side menu, click Integrations.
   
4. Scroll down to the Website Integrations section.
5. Click Settings against 'Realestate.com.au Reviews'.
   
6. Click Create REA Review Integration.
   
7. Enter the following details:
   • Agency ID
   • Agents
   • Website
      
8. Click Save.

Set Up The Google Reviews Integration

1. Click the account name in the top left corner (next to the Grow CRM switcher).
2. Click Account Settings.
   
3. On the side menu, click Integrations.
   
4. Scroll down to the Website Integrations section.
5. Click Settings against Google Reviews.
   
6. Click Create Google Review Integration.
   
7. Enter the following details:
   • Business Name and Address
   • Rating
   • Website
      
8. Click Save.
