Hosted By Us
Ensure the Show on Website toggle is switched on for your website in the Portals tab. To check this:
- From within the listing, click the Portals tab.
- Enable the "Show on Website" button next to your website.
If the listing still isn’t appearing, contact our support team, and we’ll investigate it for you.
Hosted Elsewhere
Confirm that the listing has been successfully pushed to your external website. To do this:
- From within the listing, click the Portals tab.
- Check the status next to your website.
- It should display Successful.
If the status shows Successful, contact our support team so we can check for any issues on our end.
If everything appears correct, you will then need to follow up with your web developer.
