An Account Sale statement provides a breakdown of the financial aspects of the sale. All income and expenses, commissions, any funds withdrawn from the sale folio, and the remaining balance currently held against the folio are recorded in this statement.

Download The Account Sale Statement
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Contracts.
- Click the listing address to open.
- Hover your cursor over Account Sale.
- Select one of the following options:
- Download Account Sale To Vendor's Solicitor

- Follow your device's prompts to download the statement.
Email The Account Sale Statement
- On the side menu, click Properties.
- Click Contracts.
- Click the listing address to open.
- Hover your cursor over Account Sale.
- Select one of the following options:
- Email Account Sale To Vendor's Solicitor

- The Compose Email window will open once the Account Sale Statement has been generated. Type out the email and send it as usual.
