If you have a transaction that was processed incorrectly, you can reverse the transaction via the Trust Accounting section within Grow CRM.
This article will guide you through reversing a transaction.
- On the side menu, click Financials.
- Click Trust Accounting.
- Against the required trust account, click Transactions.
- Hover your cursor over the required transaction.
- Click Reverse.
- Enter the reason for reversal.
- Click Save.
