If you have any staff who are contracted and registered for GST, you can record this against their account details, and PropertyMe Grow CRM will take this into account when entering agent allocations and deductions.
This article will guide you through updating an agent's "Registered for GST" status, as well as an overview of where this information is displayed.
Update An Agent's "Registered For GST" Status
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required person.
- Click Edit.
- Click Financials.
- Click the "Registered for GST" field.
- Select the required option from the dropdown.
- Yes: Agent is registered for GST
-
No: Agent is not registered for GST
- Click Save.
Where Is This Information Displayed?
The information regarding when an agent is registered for GST is displayed in the Financial section of a listing when Agent Allocations has been entered.
- Each agent will have a note stating their Registered For GST status.
- This information is also recorded against the Summary.
