Whether an agent has taken a new headshot or hasn't uploaded one yet, you can easily update their profile picture for them via Account Settings.
- When choosing a new profile picture, we recommend using a square picture. If the picture is rectangular, parts of it may be cropped automatically, potentially cutting off areas such as the top of the agent’s head.
This article will guide you through updating an agent's profile picture.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click People.
- Hover your cursor over the required person.
- Click Edit.
- Hover your cursor over the agent's initials/current profile picture.
- Click the Upload icon.
- Follow your browser's prompt to select the new profile picture.
