You can customise how AiMe responds to messages. You can add additional prompts to customise the tone, language, or type of information it collects.
This article will guide you through changing how AiMe responds.
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click AI.
- Hover your cursor over the required prompt.
- Click Add.
- Add, edit or remove prompt information as required.
- Example 1: In the Buying step, you might add “Ask if this person is considering selling their existing property.”
- Example 2: For SMS messages, you could add: “Keep the message under 145 characters.”
- Click Save Prompt.
