PropertyMe Grow CRM lets you set up custom fields to capture any additional information you need. You can set up a custom field at any time and create as many as you need.
You can create custom fields for the following:
- Contacts
- Appraisals
- Listings
- Property
- People
This article will guide you through setting up a custom field.

Contact
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Fields.
- At the top of the page, select Contact.
- Click Create Field.
- Fill out of details of the field.
- Label: The name of the field.
- Description: The description of the field.

Section: Where the field will appear within the contact.

- Click Save Field.
Appraisals & Listings
- Click the account name in the top left corner (to the right of the "Grow CRM" switcher).
- Click Account Settings.
- On the side menu, click Fields.
- At the top of the page, select Appraisal & Listing.
- Click Create Field.
- Fill out of details of the field.
- Label: The name of the field.
- Description: The description of the field.

- No Segment, Images, Floorplan, Document or Copy (Image & Copy)
- Not available for Property Details, Property Features or Internal Notes.
