Add Image Hosted Online
- Click your profile image/initials in the top right corner.
- Click Profile.
- Click Email Signature.
- Click Add Image (photo icon).
- Enter the image URL into the Source field.
- The URL must begin with HTTP (not HTTPS) for the image to display correctly.

- Click Save.
Upload Image From Device
- Click your profile image/initials in the top right corner.
- Click Profile.
- Click Email Signature.
- Click Add Image (photo icon).
- Click Browse Files (upwards-facing arrow in a box icon).
- Follow your device's prompts to select an image.
- Click Save.
