Allow Contacts to update their preferences via an email out or a click button on newsletters

To send an email out to the contacts asking them to update their preferences, maybe a click box on news letters you can add to allow contracts to update their details and preferences so we have up to date database. Rather than this coming back manually. and we have to update.  Other CRM's have this facility.
