Grow CRM prospect tenant enquiries

We need to turn off the enquiry notes to show on the owners portal as a blanket rule. The minute a prospective tenant writes a note with their interest for the property it is automatically ticked to show on the owner portal. This is a privacy problem. They often write a note including references and phone numbers! Urgent fix needed please.
