The concept of the QR Code is to get people registered and checked into the open inspection as quickly as possible. You an also create custom fields in Grow CRM that are accessible within the mobile app and you can update these while speaking with the contact.

Further to this, the Grow CRM workflows have built in steps to automatically add the property features against the contact preferences. This means the agent doesn't have to manually input this data and the contact will be sent any new listings that match their criteria. The preference data can always be updated afterwards.

The inspection workflow will automatically add the contact to the correct group, so you can confidently send out marketing to all people in that group. I'd check to ensure your enquiry and inspection workflows are on so that inspection attendees are automatically updated with changes to the listing (new open times, price changes, etc). Also, there are additional recurring workflows that can automatically keep groups of people updated on inspection times, new listings coming onto the market and price changes. If interested there is a Webinar session available here explaining all this.

Also, with the agent not having to enter this data, they can spend more time recoding the feedback from the contact. There is the ability in the mobile app to quickly add background notes when checking people in.
