Add a "Hidden" Listing Status

It would be extremely helpful to have a "Hidden" option for listings that temporarily removes a property from all advertising portals while keeping the listing active in GrowCRM.

Current Issue

At the moment, unticking the advertising portals does not always remove the property from all websites. In some cases, the listing continues to appear on portals even after the portals have been unticked, resulting in properties remaining publicly visible when they should be hidden.

The only alternative is to withdraw the listing, which isn't ideal.

Proposed Solution

Introduce a "Hidden" status or toggle that:

• Immediately hides the property from all connected advertising portals.
• Keeps the listing active within GrowCRM.
• Allows users to republish the property with a single click when required.
• Prevents the property from being withdrawn or archived.

Benefits

• Prevents accidental advertising while waiting for owner or agent approval.
• Useful for properties that are both for sale and for lease, where advertising may need to be paused temporarily.
• Eliminates the need to withdraw and recreate listings.
• Avoids additional relisting fees charged by some portal integrations when a withdrawn listing is published again.
• Provides greater confidence that a property has been removed from all portals without affecting the CRM record.
