Workflow Timing - Day of the week

Hi Team,

Can we add the ability to be able to restrict a workflow from firing or set a workflow to only fire on specific days of the week?

We had our current workflow fire on Sunday just gone sending out a whole bunch of SMS on Sunday at 9am... not an ideal way to build professional relationships.
